Welcome Finance paperwork received need help pls.

I contacted Welcome fiance re purchase of a car back in 2002 and mis sold of ppi i was told there was no ppi on the agreement. I was sure there was, so I sent off request for a SAR received paper work today and do not understand the termnolgy can some please explain if it is ppi or another form of insurance.

Credit Agreement section 2 opional ppi box not ticked.
sentence underneath states has/have the benefit of optional cover if taken up.
24 mont warranty £500.00
option to purchase fee £150.00 total amount of credit £650, intrest £234.16 Total amount payable £884.16 apr 17.2%
section 3 Car £2500, total charge for credit including option to purchase £1049.84 Total payable £3550.84 Apr 21.2%
The monthly payments were £18.42 for section 2 and 70.83 for section 3. We settled in full in May 2004 The settlement figure was £1889.79.
I beleive the section 2 figures are ppi. Has anyone else have any experience of this Re Welcome Finance.

It looks to me that you had 24 months warranty on the car with the fee and interest, this is not ppi, it does not look to have ppi on there.
