superdrug 10p items thread

They had a few bits in the Superdrug in Aldershot, but nothing to write home about really.

I picked up a pack of 4 Babyliss non-slip head bands for my daughter for 50p and some nail art sparkles for 99p.

The rest was marked up as 49p, although there were lots of packs of mini Kleenex tissues, possibly at 49p, possibly cheaper.

Nothing in our local, they just laughed when asked. Bit of a wasted 5 mins, yesterday.

went into my local store after work and there was a clearance section. It was mainly battered make up at 49p and afew toiletories for 99p. Rubbish really

staff told me all the 10p stuff had pretty much gone, bar some old makeup which was battered. still, i stocked up on suncream for our hols next year!

Got some Piz buin Holiday Sets(Tan intensifer & After sun) for 49p,worked out about £19.00 if bought individually!

Spent a good 15 minutes scanning my fairly large local superdrug yesterday. Some good bargains and some of the items I usually buy were half price, so stocked up on those - but nothing under 99p (except the battered and damaged clearance rack)

Disappointed!

Went into Crewe super drug and there was quite a lot on there 10p sale section..... Although I did hear to girls stood next to it and one said her mum went in on Tuesday and spent £30 on all the make up waxing and hair products from the sale section :mad: greedy lady!

Just back from my local in Southampton, quite a lot of empty 10p spaces!

I got:-

2 x Aussie Dual Personality Texture & Condition Spray 50p

Pantene Aqualight Shampoo 250ml 20p

Head & Shoulders Damage Rescue Conditioner 400ml 50p

2 x Pantene Fine Hair Conditioner 400ml 47p

2 x Head & Shoulders Cool Menthol Shampoo 250ml 30p

S/D Whitening Toothpaste 100ml 55p (think that was just a normal reduction)

Gola Travel Mini Set (4 minis in a travel bag) £1.99.....not sure that is cheaper than usual but OH is off to Paris soon, so ideal little sizes to take.

Several gift sets that said Clearance, but didnt look cheaper than last Christmas to me and I couldnt carry them to the till to get the prices confirmed.

My local store is still putting sale items out but today I've picked up 25 bath fizzer box sets for 10p each. Passed 14 along to be raffled off for charity I also got 2 piz buin self tanning lotion for 30p each (putting aside for Christmas). Will have to try again later to see what else they put out The guy in this store (Dudley) is really nice and we chatted about it being on the Internet

Do you mean Dudley as Merry Hill or Dudley as in Dudley? Im at work at the moment though, probably nothing left when I've finished here. I checked Halesowen this morning, but nothing there at all
