New Laptop, up to £750

I'm looking for a new laptop for my dad and have a budget of £750 ish hopefully less if he can! Anyone have any recommendations?

Ideally it has to be running vista, have its own graphics card.

How much memory will it need to have to run vista?

ACER ASPIRE 5634WLMI - I saw this in Comets and it was £159 off @ £649.99with good specs, dedicated graphics card and 2GB of ram.

The comet one has dynamic graphics? Does that mean it has no graphics card?

Is it really necessary to have a graphics card to run vista? Also what would be the ideal amount of ram, and what kind of processor.

One geg of ram is more than enough and ideally a dual core processor. There's alot of talk about Vista being memory hungry but it just ain't so.
