hello, can anyone recommend a good rate calling card that can be used from a public telephone box to call estonia (landline)? this is for a friend of mine here in the UK.

When calling from a public call box all calling cards charge a 'premium' for a 0800 access number. If you use a call box, better to use the geographic number to call the access number, or better still blag a friends phone to call the access numberDon't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.
