TOTALtrak Global Inc

Has anyone else come across this company? Based in Florida, it comprises of President & Secretary Tony Hines, Fred Overholt, Director & Remeka Taylor.
I bought 2000 shares in 2007 and am sitting waiting to hear what's happening.
Believe they are frozen at the moment.
However, have been chased recently by a company who have offered to buy them from me.
However, they have asked for money from me...so am very suspicious.
Googled the company and can find anything recent to help me.
Anyone out there got any info?
Please message me if you have.

Thanks

    It's a scam.

The company that has called you typically finds public records of shareholders and cold-calls them explaining they have a buyer waiting in the wings, but a down-payment is needed to cover admin charges.

    Don't touch with a bargepole.
