Name for Sky complaint anyone?

My parents had to cancel their Sky package after my Dad was diagnosed with cancer and they both had to stop working. They have since been bombarded with calls and letters telling them what a great service they are missing and that they should come back, what a lovely caring company! :mad:

Does anyone have a name and address that might get some response from Sky to stop the letters and calls. It's upsetting enough for them without idiots calling and trying to get them to spend money they know they can't afford.

I have suffered the same bombbardments of letters and calls from sky I threatened them with trading standards and it worked no calls or letters for ages .you mum and dad will be better with freeveiw that way they dont have to spend money they dont have :beer:

We did this when having a problem with getting broadband and had an initial response from his office the same day and the problem was resolved within 2 weeks (having taken 4 months to do nothing until that point).
