Glad you've got a result - and hopefully the check engine light is simply something that needs to be cleared after the problems, but I'd be slightly suspicious of the mileage quoted - do your own HPI check on the car and see what it comes up with...0

Why not try Citroen themselves? Sometimes they offer warranty on these kind of things.
If you need a replacement, boy there are 10x better cars to be had for £1,000 then a criterion! If you need some advice, let me know! Not a lot of people know what state the second hand car market is at at the moment, bargains are everywhere!0 -
Yeah, definitely worth naming and praising - Penarth Motor Company in South Wales. The engine light did just need resetting - that got sorted out yesterday and, fingers crossed, will now stay off!0
