PPI NATWEST Credit- do I claim? Interesting Bank activity?

Hi all I am debating whether to claim for PPI on my Natwest credit card. I noticed today that on a statement on my card I have been DEBITED a whole 0.78p from Natwest under payment protection? I am not sure why I have been debited it may be that I had cleared my account? I havent used it for around a year before this recent transaction and repayment It made me think as to whether to claim.... I took out my card around 2007 in a natwest branch and I remember the "sales assistant" ticking the ppi box for me he briefly explained that it was in case I was a victim of fraud I would be able to claim it back but did not tell me any other information. Do I have enough to claim? Im not sure that I do and my memory is hazy considering it was over 5 years ago :s Im sorry for being very vague with my details. If I do claim I am going to have to order my credit agreement....
