Plasma TV problem/help needed

Hi,
About a year ago I brought a Panasonic Plasma television, had no problems at all until about 3 months ago when the television started buzzing, especially when watching bright images, so a couple of engineers came out to look at it, they replaced a couple of parts but the buzzing still persisted.
So Comet have taken the television about 3 weeks ago for a soak test. They have contacted me today to say that they can hear a buzzing but it is within manufacturing specifications. I am not happy with this as I can hear the buzzing when I am watching tv and for a tv that I paid £700 for, I don't think that is right.
Is there anything I can do? The tv has an extended 5 year warranty, if they decided to replace it the warranty would end (another bone of contention), all I want is my tv back with no buzzing.
Can anybody help me please?

Was it the Panasonic warranty they were giving away or a Comet religious one?"If you act like an illiterate man, your learning will never stop... Being uneducated, you have no fear of the future.".....

The extended warranty is a 5 year Comet Extra Care one, cost a total of £169.0
