HMV - first order 2 problems

I ordered the new Star Wars DVDs plus a 10 disc Tintin boxset from HMV. All were showing as 'ready to ship within 24 hours'.

Several days later, 2 of the Star Wars DVDs arrive, still waiting for 1 Star Wars (Empire Strikes Back) and the Tintin box set.

Get in touch with Customer services who tell me - tintin box set sold out at the 'promotional price - £12.99', but I can buy it now for £29.99 - regular price. I say they should honour the price when I ordered as there were no stock problems according to website or a mispricing. Customer services say no way.

Mention the lack of Empire Strikes Back - not very fussed, tell me to report it again at 10 days after order date. Finally did that yesterday - now got to wait for a refund.

This is the first and last time I'll use hmv.co.uk - play and amazon have much better customer service. if they !!!! up with a delivery then they always offer you some vouchers.

I ordered 5 DVDs in Nov last year for an Xmas pressie . All but 1 said In Stock , 1 was on pre-order . Was still waiting for 1 at the start of Jan (not the one that was on pre-order , it arrived quite quickly) . Got peed off and cancelled the remaining 1 and ordered it elsewhere .
