Well, we live in Barnstaple now, but my heart is in a little village called Instow, do you know it? Just over the river from Appledore. I am going over to Instow later this morning to pick up my mym and then take her our for lunch. Thinking of a pub lunch in a village called Littleham, just outside Bideford. We did think about taking her to "Potwallopers" in Westward Ho! but I dont think they do lunches on saturdays. I am hoping to drag OH away from his studying tomorrow and maybe go for a drive around Woolacombe, Croyde etc as the forecasters were saying that the surf is going to be around 8 ft this weekend so that is always exciting to see. Would love to get together if you get down this way sometime, give me a yell!!

I will definately let you know-we usually go each summer but we *have* to back to Canada this year as my dad is getting remarried...If we can find any EXTRA funds (Any other mags want my story? lol) I will run like the wind down! If I tell my hubby they're having 8 ft waves I won't see him for 2 days!
It is the most magical place. We've stayed in Bideford before and I know Appledore and we've been to Westward Ho as well.
(can you tell it's out favorite?)
We can meet up for a cream tea...yum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
