It is a women's lifestyle mag, with tips for healthy living, saving money, bringing up a family, realistic fashion!
It is a really good article actually, very honest! I gpt the last of my 3 for a £1, ironic that it ended on a MSE topic!0 -
WOW!
Hi all, it's me....I didn't think it'd be out so soon, must go pick one up today.

Well done bunny! Mine came in the post so it may not be in the shops yet, hope you do as well as you deserve to with your debt free plans!0

Thanks so much Minty-
YOu've just made me cry.
Most of my frineds 'know' of my debt, but not to what extent-the one person I'm DREADING finding out is my mother in law-she has no idea and I'm not sure how she will react. Oh well! Too late now, lol
My husband wasn't to impressed with me doing this (he's worried about what people will think AND that my creditors will come after me more? ! ?) but the £100 for it towards my debt did sway him a tiny bit...
Essentials said they'd send me a few copies, fingers crossed I get them today!

I haven't seen the article, or know the mag, but good on you for using your experience to highlight the debt issue and probably helping loads more people. Your DH should be as proud as punch, and MIL's reaction will just show true colours.
Good on you!!

Hello Hello!
Thanks very much-to be honest, I'm a bit glad they'll find out as they always treat my hubby's sister with kid gloves and think 'poor her' even though she has no debt and savings! It may make them think a bit...(but probably not-they always treat her diffrently!)
My goal in life now is to help as many people as I can with debt-I tell everyone about this site and my friend called me the other day to tell me she got back £2500 in bank charges and the cheapest car insurance ever because of me! (ok, and MSE) That makes me feel great!
I had never read essentials mag before but it is great! Geared towards people like me (VERY hard working Mum) great recipes, ideas and fashion you would actually wear at good prices! (They always have George, Primark and Tescos in there, perfect!)
