Scrapyard, eBay or a dealer if you want a new one. May be worth signing up to a Peugeot forum to find out which other models share the same spacesaver.

Ebay, look for your make/model of car..... Often people scrapping cars will advertise "wheel nuts" (example) for Peugeot XYZ at £500, you contact them, ask for an item, they then create a buy it now Ebay ad for the exact part your after from that car.

Might be an idea to find out if your car will take a full-sized spare. Some do, some don't, and if you can get a steel wheel from an older scrapped Peugeot with the same sized wheel your car takes (406?) it could work out to be a much better spare than a space saver.

I replaced my space saver for a proper sized steel wheel from a scrappy from the same car.

You don't want to be 50 miles away with a puncture and having to drive home again on a space saver.
