Hello there. Sorry if this is in the wrong section. Long story short. My misses received a fine of £500 for non payment of tv license, she was paying small amounts of each week/month. If they take her it's only a few nights in prison and the fine is written off. Go to the court on Monday she'll get a maximum 14 day sentence if the outstanding balance is under £500 (everyone only does half so 7 days) and she will be released on Friday... No-one is ever released on a Monday morning.
