Car loan with First National Bank help with address please

I had a loan with First National Bank in 2002 which finished in 2005. I dont have any paperwork, but looking up First National Bank I believe G E Money took them over, can anyone help please with an address for who to claim PPI from. The dealer we bought the car from is no longer trading.
I have had excellent success with claiming PPI fro First Direct, just waiting for the payment to come 14,000. Keep at it people, dont let the banks take any more of our money, these days we need it all.

It would have been the dealer you pursue, but as they are no longer trading, your not then able to complain to them.

What I would do in your case, as many have been in the same situation, is contact the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) explain the position your in, and they will normally suggest another avenue for you to take, such as the underwriter/insurer of the policy.
If you do not have the details of these, the lender will normally provide them.
The FOS will hopefully have details of the business address you want.

• Thank you for your reply. I have found out that First National Bank were somehow taken over by GE Money, (I believe) and then I think G E Money may now have been taken over by Santander. I think it has probably gone too far to claim from First National now. Thank you for replying though. I have been successful with claiming PPI from First Direct, because of the advice on this site. I must also say that First Direct have been very helpful as well, we have banked with them for years and always found them to be excellent customer service. Waiting for 14,000 from them now, told it will be in our bank account next week. Thanks again.:j:T

If you were mis sold then put a claim into Ge money, this loan is not too old, people have won mis sell with ppi from the 90s, you have nothing to lose.

Thank you for your reply. I am unable to find the address for GE Money, but I thought they had been taken over by Santander. As I dont have any paperwork for this I think I am probably banging my head against a brick wall here.

Hi, I'm hoping to claim PPI from First National bank too and have just spoken to someone at GE Money, the lady I spoke to was very nice and checked to see if she could find any of my details. Sadly she couldnt but because my loan dates back to 2002 she gave me an address to write to with detailed info so they could investigate further.

This is address for GE Money Home Lending, they didnt do car finance.

The OP wants address for First National Car Finance, who were GE Capital, now Santander. The address is in Leeds.
