Good morning, Im new to this and I apologise in advance if the question I seek advice on has already been asked (which Im sure it has) I have made a purchase for goods from an internet trader and the items I have been billed for were not the items I purchsed. The items were 30 times the advertised price. Am I covered by credi card insurance and therefore able to claim this money back. Thank you.

Speak to your CC issuer.
Depends on what you agreed to pay when you completed the order, there is no insurance but you may have cover under Visa Chargebacks which your CC issuer will discuss with you.

The retailer can only charge the card with what was agreed or, in cases where the exact amount isn't known in advance (such as car hire) in accordance with a reasonable method which has been notified to you.

If you've been charged more than you agreed, raise a dispute with the card company, but you'll probably need some proof, such as screen prints or emails confirming the amount you agreed.
