Lost my mother last year to cancer. Shortly before her death i found out that she was paying off a credit card to mbna. She was just making the minimum payments. Being a proud woman she did not tell me that she had a loan out. I did not know how long she had been paying it for. I wasn't expecting her to die and before she died i had payed all but £500 of it. The balance is payed off now but the account is still open. Can i make a claim for ppi.

Can i make a claim for ppi.
The executor of the estate can put a complaint in (assume you mean complaint and not claim). However, they cannot obviously make a number of the complaint reasons that someone still alive could make as they were not party to the application process or conversations.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
