There seems to be a bug in their website.

I was tempted by the ten pound bonus highlighted in the current Money Tips email, but I have completed and submitted the form about ten times and it just doesn't go through. Very annoying.

i have a perfect credit rating and they refused me but offered another credit card with a 0.5% cashback. They then sent me loads of letters trying the same thing. What a con!

Capital One ask you to describe your credit rating, and one of the options they give is 'perfect'. I suspect that anyone who chooses that is chosen for special attention as being possibly delusional. OTOH perhaps they refer to someone who has never ever missed a payment as having a 'perfect' record.

Worked fine for me. Maybe it's a browser issue? I use Google Chrome BTW.
