Just to let people know a client of mine received two complaints alleging PPI was missold from these clowns today.

It turns out the customers never had PPI in the first place - so the allegations are clearly fraudulent.

Let me guess... Another claims company using the same template letter for everyone irrespective of the circumstances?
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. Actually it is worse. I discovered they have what they call a Fact Find - which they promise not to send to the victim (i.e. the unsuspecting IFA/mortgage broker).

However, I managed to get hold of a blank one and found it is not a series of "open" questions like an IFA or mortgage broker would use to gather a genuine "pen picture" of their client.

Instead it is a series of answers where you select "yes/no" or "yes/no".

I wonder why some of the answers have the yes in bold and others have the no.

Perhaps Christopher McMahon, the director would like to come on here and explain himself.
