Who do i make the claim to??

..bought a 3 piece suite from DFS back in 2006 and the finance went through Hitachi Capital , ive noticed that ppi was added and because i clearly ticked the self employed box surely i have good reason to complain, but do i put my complaint into DFs or Hitachi?...thanks in advance

Depending on who set up and sold you the account, looks like DFS in your case.
Is this the same company that dissolved?
If so you can then make the reclaim through the Financial Compensation scheme (FSCS) ask them to send you a claim form in the post.
Also check the FSCS website, as this will give details of businesses in default.
