  • Hi, so sorry to hear about your situation, I know exactly how you feel having to rob peter to pay paul and not having enough to put fuel in your car to get you to work - the ultimate insult!

    I was in the same boat and fortunately had our IVA approved and can honestly say it was the best thing we did money wise, your payments will be much lower than you are paying now and as long as you fill in the budgeting forms accurately you will be much better off.

    When our IVA finished we were so relieved and felt like a massive weight had been lifted from our shoulders and can now get on with our lives. IVA's arent for everyone but there is light at the end of the tunnel and I really hope it works out for you.

    i assume they do not allow a cheque book facility with it ?
