Should I send a prove it letter now that they are phoning me daily?

Is this the same debt as the one on your other thread where you were unsure if it was statute barred or not?

If you at all unsure what to do, then I would give National Debtline a ring free on 0808 808 4000 and talk it through.

I've got two debts, one with Wescot and one with Aktiv Kapital. I am not 100% certain that either are sb'd but hopeful that they both are. There doesn't seem to be a way of finding out that doesn't involve contact with either of them.

Could I just ignore them until they write to me again or is that not advisable?

When they call I simply refuse to answer the security questions,

My DOB is 1/1/44 they say can you confirm your DOB? I say yes it is 2/2/45.

Having previously got a letter from Wescot, I have today got a letter from Nelson Guest and Partners Solicitors regarding the credit card debt...will i just ignore or do I need to write to Wescot with a prove it letter? The letter is just the usual 'Unless full payment is made....within 10 days...further recovery action will be taken'.

Send them a letter saying the alleged debt is statute barred, if not done already.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Yep - if the solicitors have detailed the debt in question then the scottish SB template letter is the correct response - see here
