Gatwick Express-which is the best place to book a hotel?

We will be travelling from Gatwick this year and will be catching the Gatwick Express, we need to book a hotel within walking district of the airport, but I don't know where the Express finishes, could anyone help, please?
I have only just booked the holiday so I don't know yet which terminal , but there is a Premier Lodge at both so it doesn't really matter.

Both terminals are close to each other via the monorail. The gatwick express comes into gatwick airport so your directly in the terminal. Also try https://www.travelodge.co.uk for the saver rooms.
All hotles have good bus connections to and from the terminals.0 -
you are only 30 odd minutes from the centre of London via the lgw express- why not stay in town and travel down to the airport in the morning?:j0
