This is the advice I have had from Next Customer Relations :

With regards to the preview site, you should be able to log onto this site immediately. One possible explanation is that you could need to clear your cookies. Further information can be found on this by clicking on the help section, and then on ‘Security and Privacy’ on the right side of the page. Towards the end of this list you can see further information on this.

I didnt do this but managed to get in yesterday.

had no luck getting into the preview when i phoned next cs they said click on the link at the bottom of the email which i havnt got so if anyone has the email please could you have a look and see if its any different to what has already been posted
