The Link works, and takes you to the Preview Home Page, but it is WHEN you type in the Customer A/c No and details that the problem occurs!
It just takes you to the current Spring directory!

So have phoned up customer service. The customer service man spoke to the internet dept and they dont really know about this preview thing??????? or a preview page
he said it was a catelog that should be sent out to you

How frustrating, i can't get in either.
I have tried evrything, clearing cookies etc, but it always takes me to an empty basket, can anyone tell me if there is any "nice" maternity stuff in the preview? I'd really like to get some with an extra 15% off:)Henry James Born 18/03/2011-11 days late!:)
