No claims bonus

Hi

We have just bought a grey import and our present insurers wont insure it. We have insured with another company and they require proof of no claims bonus. We still have our other car, does anyone know if you can use your no claims bonus on 2 policies?

NO you cant. You can only use it on 1 car at a time. However when you get a quote for the new car, they will ask you if you have any other cars in the household and if you have any no claims on that car. Based on this they MAY offer you whats called an intorductory no claims bonus on the second car.
