Who's the best at the moment? Fix or Not?

Ok live in the North West

Who is currently offering the best deal? And would people advise to fix it for a couple of years or not at the moment?

Finally is it still best to pay direct debit/ monthly and online tariffs for the biggest and best discounts?

What do the comp sites say? There is no 'best'. It depends on your region and kWh consumption.
Generally, the cheaper tariffs require monthly DD payment and online billing.
No one knows where prices will go in 6m, let alone 2 years. Fixing is not about buying it cheaper, it's about an insurance policy against future increases.
