I need some advice on how to claim back my Mortgage Repayment Protection.
I took it out about 19 years ago, but only stopped paying in about 5 years ago, could I claim any back ?

Thanks sandra

It depends if it was missold to you or not.

Did you need it to pay the mortgage if you were off work ill or made redundant.

Why did you stop paying it......

Claim it back for what reason? I don't understand why you feel you're owed anything

Why do you think you can claim it back?

How did you buy it and whom from? (important as regulation only started in 2005 and the most common distribution method for MPPI wouldnt have seen regulation prior to that)
