ive just installed dc++ 0.699 and the results are:
[17:28] TLS disabled, failed to generate certificate: The system cannot find the file specified.
[17:28] Failed to load certificate file
[17:28] File list refresh initiated
[17:28] File list refresh finished
[17:28] Error creating magnet registry key
trying to download the hub list but it says:
download failed: a connection attempt failed beacause the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time...
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated

try a differnet hub list
