Using an overdraft to pay off cc debt?

Comments

  • Well, I have just done the application Online, and RBS says the funds will be in my account within 48 hours, My next CC payment is by the 20th, so I hope to pay the CC off in full, and pay off my overdraft by the end of the year. I am selling lots of things on ebay so I hope to pay the CC off quicker.

Surely 19% has got to be better than 34%, a saving of 15% off interest.

  • I know this sounds a like 'I am pushing it', but will paying off one whole CC with my overdraft do any good/bad to my credit score? It's just made me think.
