I’m sorry for the confusion in the increase in your emergency credit.
Have we changed the meter recently?
Have you had a new key?
Emergency Credit limits can vary depending on who supplies you and where you live.
It’s sometimes set to £8.00 for people that have to travel a long way to top up.
If none of this really applies to you and you’re still confused, a quick call to our prepayment advisors will clear this up.
