You get what you pay for!

In order to manufacture memory cards so cheaply that they can sell them at such a stupidly low price, things like quality control take a back seat. So the card may fail at any moment, taking all your images with it.

As there is no obvious identifiable contact information on the site, website is recent, <12 months apparently, don't be surprised if your fears materialise.

There is a contact address and phone number ...... but ...... you are not buying from Mighty Deals they seem to be an intermediary, a bit like Amazon Marketplace or eBay but without the protection.

There main parent company appears to be a finance company for debt solution.

As for SD card price, onlt 1 way to find out, try it. The site that has branded these cards sell them for £45, so makes you wonder how a different company can sell them cheaper than the company that has branded them.

Exactly! I just thought that maybe someone had some experience with them. For that price I can buy 8gb class 10 sd card of ebay. And that ofer landed on my email today, so I think I will not play with it...

    Hi ,

I can't help you with any memory card advice .. but I have bought from "Mighty Deals " in the last couple of weeks .. ( I bought a couple of sets of Zumba Dvds .. ( they are still on their " bestsellers page " ) ...

I paid by credit card through paypal .. then the following day i was emailed a code and had to input it on www.dazzledeals.co.uk website to order them ..

I think it was about 4 - 5 days later that the dvds arrived ...

A couple of friends have also bought items from " Mighty Deals " which have all been fine ...

  • I've been waiting nearly 5 weeks for two of these cards. I've had one email from 'Dazzle' saying that they had a larger than expected response and that they would process my order shortly. That was two weeks ago, I have since requested a full refund..... heard nothing yet. I've just emailed "mighty Deals' (couldn't find anyway to speak to anyone by phone, the phone number voce message eventually directs you back to emailing)... perhaps they can sort it out. I don't want these cards now, I'll buy elsewhere.

I'm in the same position as you, ordered two card, got the same regarding the larger then expected response when I emailed Dazzle Deals. No replies to my emails to Dazzle Deals since. Like you all I want is a refund now. Please keep in touch if you get any results.

Update, got an email from Mighty Deals saying that a new supplier for this product will commence dispatching this item on Wednesday 9th May.

I too ordered and never received these memory cards. Mighty deals at first answered my e.mails, promising delivery dates that were never met. Eventually, as a goodwill gesture, they refunded my money, but still no cards as promised. Since then they have not even replied to my e.mails. A scam, looks probable.
