Ideas for English gifts for Spanish host family

Looking for inspiration for English gifts my son can take to Spain for his Spanish exchange family. Have thought about tea or Yardley for the mum, gets more difficult for 3 teenagers (2 girls, 1 boy) and dad. Boy has just been to us and given gifts to everyone so not sure if a family gift is an option. Also need to be easy to get in luggage. Any ideas please?

What about some sort of hamper that you could maybe get sent straight there? Probably quite pricey though.

Just searched amazon for 'union jack gifts' and there's quite a selection of reasonable/different ideas: CLICKY

Think British rather than English and take shortbread and a bottle of Scotch!

I would go with biscuits. It appears to be one thing we do get right here which other nationalities love

    hello!
I've lived in Spain for nearly 10 years and everyone seems to go mad over Chocs like Roses Quality street celebrations ect. And biscuits aswell. We don't really get very many cakes sweets and biscuits over here. Terrys chocolate orange would probably go down a treat!

that's the one thing i notice in spanish supermarkets when we go on holiday - a lack of nice looking spanish biscuits. Don't they like them?

have to agree with everyone. Can't really go wrong with biscuits or chocolates. Like mr_knight says sticks of rock or old traditional sweets.

If you are an avid baker, home made cakes ?
