At Last!!!
No more phoning my local depot umpteen times trying to get
them to redeliver a parcel.
I received an email from them this morning that we can now
go online and instruct them as to what to do.
Details on the note they put through your letterbox.

Yes, I had a look at this website today, but became very annoyed as it did not have an option to tick which was the true cause of the non-delivery of my parcels. All the options were prefaced by 'you were out' - but I was most definitely IN (I usually am as I work from home), and the bloody postie didn't bother ringing the doorbell at all but just shoved the 'Sorry, you were out' card through the door!
This has happened a few times and really pi$$es me off, as I am disabled and therefore it is not easy for me to go and pick the parcels up from the delivery office. So I went to the website, and became even more !!!!!! off because to request a redelivery I had to fill in the form that said 'you were out' - but I wasn't!
So I gave up on the website and rung the sorting office like I usually do. The nice man I spoke to apologised, and said that the parcels will be redelivered tomorrow - which is a result, as the website doesn't allow you to request a redelivery on a Saturday.
So full marks to the sorting office staff  , and a bloody big thumbs down to the website I feel......................
Sorry, rant over - it just made me very very cross..................
