Esure and Helphire

Coming home from work last night, someone drove into the back of me. The car is still driveable and he was clearly to blame as I was stationery at the time - giving way to a lorry. The guy who hit me hit the lorry first before he came to rest against my bumper.
I went home and rang Esure, my insurers. They could not have been more helpful. Jennifer the lovely Scots lady who dealt with me was very sympathetic, told me how it would be handled and assured me it would not affect my driving record as I was not to blame. She told me it would be handed over to Helphire to carry out the accident management, get the car repaired and get me a hire car.
Less than 5 minutes after I came off the phone, i got a text from Esure confirming all the details.
5 minutes later I got a call from Helphire telling me they were dealing and that they would be in contact today with further details.
9.30 this morning I got a call from Ian at Helphire who took me through everything I needed to know and identified the nearest car repairer to go to. He also was very reassuring about getting a hire car. Superb
An hour later I got a call from the garage to make an appointment to go in to get an estimate for the repair.
I have been absolutely delighted and amazed about how well and smoothly it has been handled.
Well done Esure and Helphire
