I was silly and added loads of codes from Digestives I'd gotten from Ts free with DTD. I hadn't opened them yet but I immediately got the "please send us the packs" email. Replied asking if there was another way as the packs weren't open but no reply. I now have a pile of empty wrappers from friends & family and re-use an envelope to send them off.

Might contact them myself and see what they can do.

I know this thread is from a couple of months ago but though i would let people know that its Double points on any pack of Digestives this month.

Also dont forget guys that you can spend VIP points on the Coinks website and they have loads of great rewards like lots of new Voucher and also they have a Smartphone and Wii on there as well.

Also if it keeps asking you to save your wrappers on VIP Club then you order something on Coinks website it wont ask you to send in the wrappers.

Remember your log in name and password can also be used on the coinks website.

just a heads up in case some members didnt know about the rewards on Coinks website.

Just remember that when you claim a reward Coinks can and do ask that you send them some of the codes before you get reward so if you get free codes from people you may come stuck when coinks ask you to send codes to them.
