Studying overseas

Does anyone know if you can funding for disabled related support if you go studying overseas?
There seems no info about this
I do tend to think it is probably not a right good idea to go studying overseas as you could get there and find yourself with no support at all and Language barriers and you could just be generally srewed:eek:
But then surely if your university expects you on a degree with a year overseas knowing you are disabled, it can not just turn around and say you can not complete your course if there is no disabled support overseas and thus you can not go overseas, or can they?
