getting accepted for cc - credit file updating question

I want to apply for the Lloyds Duo card. I got rejected for 2 cards about 1 year ago and haven't applied for any new products since then. What does everyone think about my chances of getting accepted based on the below?

I already have a CC with another bank and they increased my credit limit without me asking about 6 months ago. Since it doesn't give me any rewards I only use it for purchase protection, which means I only spend up to about 20% of the limit and pay the balance in full.

I also have a 0% overdraft which I was using to the max, I thought it might look better on my credit report if it wasn't maxed out. So I decided to pay half of it off on the 18th of January. I am using the free noddle credit report and it still hasn't updated. Do the other credit agencies update more quickly? When would you suggest I apply?
