how much can i expect? been paying extortinate amounts of ppi!!

so i rang up lombard direct today as i had 3 old loans with them and 1 with d.line all totalling to 39,000. they could only tell me two amounts off total ppi i claimed back..one was 4000+ the other 3000+and the interest on just the two nearly 6000!!! and thats just 2 of the damn loans..being a bit greedy here, but do they have to give you a full refund on the ppi? ( if successful) and what about the interest??

If mis-sold then they should fully refund the PPI payments that you made probably with 8% interest which is what a court would generally award.
