Cannot connect to some websites

Ok i have a brand new, just out of the box Acer Aspire X3450 desktop PC that is driving me insane.

I took it out of the box and set it up connected to my own monitor. I connected it through both wired and wireless
It's had all updates done

Problem is when connected to my monitor or my son's monitor it will only connect to certain websites (both are HD monitors). My son at this moment has it connected to our tv and has it connected to the network using wireless and it's working perfectly. It connects to the sites that it wouldn't when I was trying it.

So my question is !!!!!! is wrong with it? Why does it work when connected to 1 monitor/TV but not when connected to another.

When connected to a monitor is it via HDMI and on website that enforce HDCP?

Each time it's just been connected using a VGA connection.
