On-line grocery shopping -delivery to"sticks"

Hi I live out in the sticks between Oswestry and Welshpool
I could really make use of on-line shopping with home delivery for the weekly grocery shop.
I think I would spend less if I didnt browse and dont have much spare time so resent driving miles to go weekly grocery shopping.
Does anyone know if any supermarkets deliver out here??

Tesco don't deliver to Aberystwyth...if you register on their site, they tell you whether they deliver to your postcode or not
I would assume the other supermarkets have the same system
