Santender looking at PPi complaint again.

I contacted Santender re old House of Fraser card, they responded quickly and turned down my claim enclosed with the letter was also copy of my agreement. The reason for turned down was i had signed for PPi. I noticed that the application was completed by the sales person in the store and I had been told to sign X this was agreeing to ppi. I emailed their CEO on Friday and asked them to re consider as I felt the sales person was not qualified to sell insurance and i was asked to sign where marked X the whole application apart from the signature was completed by the salesperson at the time, and I was not asked if I required PPi. Received a call today and santender are looking at the complaint again and i was told this will be "with fresh pair of eyes" and I would here in the next five days.
so fingers crossed.;)
