A technical error

Options
The bank im dealing with thsts now been processing for 4+ weeks despite being aware of our deadlines are reassuring us it would all be fine

Today when i called said there had been a technical error with their system and i had to resubmit my documents for virification via a branch .

This bank is fully succedding in making me look like a class a !!!! to my solicitor who is angry with me and my vendor who is understanding and his solicitor who is also angry with me

I just cant believe the shear loonacy of it all but they have us over a barrel as we have waited so long.

We are on the final hurdle or final checks before recieving an offer. They checked us they checked the property and oked it all now doing their double check discovered an error by them thats gonna cost me stamp duty ( not a deal breaker but still !!!!ing me off)

If i did this in my job i would be sacked But no one seems to be accountable at all - the call centers plan to fob me off on the branch backfired i was phoning the, from outside the branch after they fobbed me off to the call centre when i walked in and stuck it on speaker phone at the guys desk and held an impromptu conferance call

Rage does not even begin to describe how i feel

- right thats better i feel better having written that as shouting out st the sheep in my garden really wasnt helping !

right if i cancel this application is there a lender who has a fairly quick processing unit ?

the current lender is seriously holding stuff up and i have a lot of people seriously !!!!ed off with me now !

i seem to have had nothing but bad luck with this lot and they dont fill me with confidence that even though i have jumped through their hoops and played their game that they will even get it right in the end.

the incompetence is strong in this one.

Does this URL]http://mrwordsworth.hubpages.com/hub/How-to-Cure-Your-Anger[/URL help? Because you are making assumptions that everyone knows your situation.

I fixed the link - although sending angry people to a 404 page *was* pretty funny :)

Well I went with the post office and they processed my application in around 1.5-2 weeks, not sure if this is quick though. I applied online and did get held up a bit with my AIP with them as it had to go to the underwriters. I applied on the Friday and thought I would be waiting ages for the underwriters to get back to me but on Monday I had a call and all was good to go ahead online and apply for the full application.
