In reality he should be paying a lot less with her wages of 30k taken into account! . As with being direct pay her income now is not taken into account. If it were assessded through CSA it would be
I don't know where you've been given this piece of information but as long as I've had dealings with the CSA, the income of the PWC has always been irrelevant when calculating the NRP's maintenance.Autism Mum Survival Kit: Duct tape, Polyfilla, WD40, Batteries (lots of),various chargers, vats of coffee, bacon & wine.

To be honest with you. The CSA take such a long time doing anything. My ex has lots of money, fancy car, etc etc but he is assessed at only paying £32 Per week. They assessed him 6 years ago on a very low income that he had his boss give him for a few months. So far they have yet to assess him again.
They still haven't managed to get him to pay though and he owes me £1000's!
My point is that the NRP is willing paying for his child and I don't think they will bother assessing it again as their workload is already ridiculous.
I agree that not all mothers are wonderfull and some are gold diggers. Just like some dad's pay when most do not. Unfortunately a lot of the time it's the good dads who are willing to pay that end up with the bad mothers and the good mother's who end up with the deadbeat dad's who will not pay even with a prison sentence coming up for non-payment!!!19/03/2007 Start weight 15st 7lbs

No it isn't departures cases are things like lifestyle of the NRP being inconsistent with declared income. In CSA1 the PWC's income is already assessed and will have already been taken into account. If her circumstances were different at that time, then technically you could ask the CSA to do a new assessment which would possibly reduce the assessment as her contribution may be more. However, they would take into account the interest earned as income from the large sum of money under CS1.0
