CSA - advice

Hi,
Does anyone know the answer to this one ?
Say someone is paying a lot of money to CSA - direct pay to the PWC.
The PWC wanted direct pay as she wasnt working when CSA assessed now is .
PWC has never been on benefit .
Anyway apart from the fact the PWC gets a lot of money at the end of the month for a child the NRP cannot see .
What if the NRP were to shortly come in to money where would he stand? obviously the amount of money is very very large large , enough to live off the interest in the bank.He will not stop current amount of child support however he has a second family and children .
What will happen ? will he have to give his money to the PWC?

does the PWC know that the NRP is coming into money ? the PWC can ask for another assessment to be done on the NRP.

No she doesnt but probably would hear.
Its not that the NRP does not pay child support he pay a very large amount now but his ex is a "Gold digger" for want of a better word.
He will carry on paying child support and open a bank account without the PWC knowing for the child so she will get some money when she is 16 .

But how will this case be assessed by CSA as he wont be working , he intends to live of interest from the amount.

If....and it is an IF....the money is invested and generates an *income* from interest or dividends, then she can apply for re-assessment as the NRP's income has increased.

He has (i think it's 12 months) to *dispose* of the evidence ;) Does he have a new partner who could have the money in her name?

Yes hes married now and has children and step children.
But surely if he puts the money in her name wouldnt they ask about it and ask for bank statements etc?

They can ask.....but the NRP's partner is not under any legal obligation to disclose their income/earnings to the CSA. Thats on CSA2.........If he's on CSA 1 then the rules are different.

With regards to him working, it's not necessarily *wages* that are taken into account for assessment, the phrase is *earned income*....from whatever source.(i.e. savings/investments/wages )

The PWC wanted direct pay as she wasnt working when CSA assessed now is .

Where did the PWC income come from if she was not working and was not on benefits
PWC has never been on benefit .
Anyway apart from the fact the PWC gets a lot of money at the end of the month for a child the NRP cannot see .

The PWC actually get this money to support their child, not for "herself" regardless if the NRP has contact with the child or not.

He will not stop current amount of child support however he has a second family and children .

His income has increased so rightfully his child support should increase also.

She is on direct pay . ( In other words - he pays VOLUNTARY!) Since this , she is now earning as her husband pays her from his earnings. He is self employed.
In reality he should be paying a lot less with her wages of 30k taken into account! . As with being direct pay her income now is not taken into account. If it were assessded through CSA it would be

The PWC actually get this money to support their child, not for "herself" regardless if the NRP has contact with the child or not.
Thats true but be realistic ! im sorry you dont know the circumstance of this case and do all mother make good mothers??

Im not about to put the case history on this public forum but his ex is a gold digger does not look after the child properly and the child is a means of an income !
If you bothered to read my previous post he is going to put a large sum of money in a bank account fot the child in the meantime continue PAYING the large amount he does but he isnt going to fund the PWC and her drunken stupours any longer .Do all PWC spend their maintenace on their kids ??? NO .
Like it or not somewomen are Goldiggers all men are not CSA dodgers
