I have been told on the quite that i will be made
redundant, but if i take a pay cut i will still be employed

More information is required, do others do your job or are you it?
Who told you that you could face redundancy?
How long have you worked for the company?
How much of a reduced wage are you looking at?
Is the company suffering?The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

Techincally they shouldn't be informing you like this but to be fair if the company is suffering it maybe worth you looking at taking the reduced pay and then getting another job, obv it all depends on how much the cut is really.
Also if you take the cut make sure its agreed that it is only temporary for a certain period of time so if the company improves it goes back to normal.The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
