hi i have been through the default process with mbna.my advice is to prepare your self for up to 4 phone calls a day demanding payment from either them or there dogs at rma-a dca who are a pretty unpleasant bunch of muppets.they will call you at work or leave a message with you employer for you to contact them.mbna are by far the worst of the credit card companies to deal with when you have a problem.they will also try calling you from a mobile number if you do not answer the 0845-0844 or mumbai calling numbers that come up on caller display.but overall my best advice would be to contact the c.a.b for advice just dont let them steer you in the direction of payplan(wolves who work for the banks)0
