The infamous Kitchenaid vs Kenwood debate

I have a Kenwood Chef which is nearly a year old but lust after a lime green KA. Only because it would go in the kitchen. The Kenwood is awesome. A proper workhorse and I use it every week. The attachments are a bit fiddly, but good. However, I have just bought a small chopper (Kenwood) just to do little bits.0

The Kitchenaid Artisan is on here for a day with £145 off (so £204 + P&P)

For some reason the link won't post but it is here for a day dot com!0 -
Can I safely assume the faulty link above is for a well known auction site? Just going by the time limit you stated, that's all!0

Thank you Denise!0 -
Yes, here for a day is the actual website (but I can't even post the name - is it banned from here?!). I've used them before.0

Hi
I know this is a very old post (sorry if I should have put it elsewhere) but I am looking to treat myself to a KitchenAid Artisan mixer and wondered if anyone knew of any good offers or vouchers.
I have been hunting around and the price doesn't seem to vary that much, albeit sometimes I have been able to find an offer for a free accessory etc.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
Thanks

hi , i brought one from the currys outlet on ebay, a few months ago, it was perfect and had a gaurantee and quite a bit cheaper than other places, its been fantastic, and i use it hours on end several days a week, as i bake for a market

Thankyou. I'll keep an eye out on the Currys outlet, I didn't know that existed.
I found one website that let me compare prices (kitchenaidmixers.co.uk) but it doesn't have all of the big sellers. It is interesting to see how much the colour makes a difference to the price though. Lakeland have an offer on for a free pasta attachment but I'm not sure I really need that...but I guess I could put it on eBay and recoup some of my spending.
Thanks for your help0 -
I bought mine last year through John Lewis on a 'black Friday' deal - 28th November this year - quite a reduction but I had to have the ugly yellow colour as that was what was left in stock
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.0
