nemo finance

had a loan with these people a few years ago and took the ppi with it .after scrutinising the agreement realised only i was covered even though i specifically asked for wife as i am self employed.i have the signed agreement stating joint cover but after reading policy realised wife not covered.long story short nemo said my argument was with financial advisor and not them tried to explain agreement was signed with them but no joy .i wrote to advisor who said she was in liquidation and would not correspond to any mail or phone calls .could somebody please advise me who is right and will i have a case to claim ppi back.

    2006 .forgot to mention tried to claim ppi back but when told advisor gone into liquidation did not pursue any further.

    Hi

    I had 2 loans with Nemo, the first one arranged by a broker called Eloan (Twopart ltd) and as they dissolved I went through the FSCS (Financial compensation scheme) to make a reclaim through them, you should be fine if you were sold you loan after Jan 2005, I note yours was 2006, so go to the FSCS about the broker, link below for more details, contact them to ask them to send you a form.
    I did also have a loan advance Nemo, that one I had to pursue them direct, finally resolved over 2 years ago.
