Hi guys, long time subscriber to this thread first time finding something good for you all :j

I've just bought The Hairy Dieters: How to Love Food and Lose Weight for £1.99! The hard back is a tenner in Tesco! Amazon say it's reduced from £14.99

My daughter is looking lovely after losing loads of weight with the help of this book (and some damned hard work too!)

Hope it's good for some of you, and thanks for sharing all your finds :T

Just a quick note on this depending on what kind of plan she is on the recipes are not that low in calories! Compared to the Hairy Bikers normal recipes they are lower in calories (cream, pastas etc.), but if you are trying to keep calories down be careful with some of these recipes.

(I bought the book when it came out @ £5 (or less) and have done a few of the recipes which add a different twist on some old classics, but stopped using it after a few as I do the WW plan and compared to their recipes I found the HB's book heavy on calories when converted to WW points )

I use this site daily for up dates of free books, downloaded loads to my kindle yesterday (just need to read them now ), I am really only going for the ones that have over 300 pages as there are loads of really short books out there, and look for a certain type and those with good reviews.
